Memorare to Our Lady of La Salette

Remember, Our Lady of La Salette, true Mother of Sorrows, the tears You shed for me on Calvary; remember also the trouble You always take for me, in order to shield me from the justice of God; and see if, after having done so much for Your child, You can now abandon him/her. Rekindled by this consoling thought, I come to throw myself at Your feet, despite my infidelities and ingratitude. Do not reject my prayer, O Virgin Reconciler, but convert me, give me the grace to love Jesus above all else and to console You with a holy life, so that one day I may see You in Heaven. Amen.

Consecration to Our Lady of La Salette

Our Lady of La Salette, my good Mother who, for love of me, shed such bitter tears in Your merciful apparition, deign to cast a compassionate glance on Your child who wishes to consecrate him/herself to You forever. From now on, my only glory will be to know that I am Your child. May I always wipe away Your tears and console Your afflicted Heart. O my beloved Mother, I commend myself to You and to Your divine Son. I give You my body, my soul and all the days of my life, I entrust to You my words, my sorrows, my heartaches, my whole life and especially my agony. Enlighten my understanding, guide my steps, console me with Your motherly protection, so that protected from the dangers of sin and fortified against my enemies, I may walk with ardor and invincible courage on the path that You and Your divine Son have laid out for me. Amen.
