merciful

we

marvelous

Therese,
raised
up
by
Almighty
God
to
help
and
counsel
humanity,
I
implore
your
miraculous
intercession.
You
are
so
powerful
in
obtaining
favors
and
graces
from
God
that
Holy
Mother
Church
has
named
you
the
greatest
Saint
of
modern times.
With
fervor,
I
beg
you
to
answer
my
request

fulfill

promise
to
make
a
shower
of
roses fall from Heaven on earth.

Saint
Therese

Jesus,

knew

way

trust

granted the grace to follow this way with confidence.

us
the
grace
not

rely

our
own
strength,

put our hope in God alone,
To accept our imperfections without bitterness,
To forget ourselves, in order to leave all the space in us to Jesus,

but

know

Jesus

know
that

power

goodness
are
without
measure.
Have
pity
on

poor
body,

constantly
besieged
by
sickness.
Deliver

from
my
infirmities,

it

God’s
good
pleasure.

mercy
especially

soul

grip
