Consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
My most gracious Jesus, I consecrate myself today, once again and without reserve, to Your divine Heart. I consecrate to You my body with all its senses, my soul with all its faculties, and my whole being. I consecrate to You all my thoughts, words and works, all my sufferings and sorrows, all my hopes, consolations and joys, and above all I consecrate to You my poor heart, so that it may love only You and be consumed as a victim in the flames of Your love.
Accept, oh Jesus, my most gracious Spouse, the desire I have to console Your divine Heart and to belong to You forever. Take possession of me in such a way that henceforth, I have no other freedom than that of loving You, nor any other life but that of suffering and dying for You.
I place in You all my trust, a trust without limits, and I hope from Your infinite mercy the forgiveness of my sins.
I place in Your hands all my worries, especially that of my eternal salvation. I promise to love and honor You until the last moment of my life, and to propagate, as far as I am able, the devotion to Your Sacred Heart.
Dispose of me, O my Jesus, according to Your good pleasure; I want no other reward than Your greater glory and Your holy love.
Grant me the grace of finding my dwelling place in Your divine Heart, it is there that I want to spend all the days of my life, that I want to draw my last breath. Establish also in my heart Your dwelling place and the abode of Your rest, so that we may thus remain intimately united, until one day I may praise You, love You and possess You for all eternity, and sing forever the infinite mercies of Your Sacred Heart. Amen.
My Jesus, pardon and mercy!
By the merits of Thy holy Wounds and the sorrows of Thy Mother.
