«In the end, My Immaculate Heart will triumph!»
Prayers before the Rosary We start by making piously the Sign of the Cross , which is the Sign of the Christian: In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, and of the Mother of God. Amen.
The Symbol of the Apostles I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, suf - fered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; He descended into hell; the third day He arose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, sitteth at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty, from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost, the Holy Church of Jesus Christ, the Communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen. Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our tres - passes as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen. Three Hail Marys Hail, Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with Thee; blessed art Thou among women, and blessed is Thy Son, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God and our Mother, pray for us, sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost, and to the Mother of God. As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
Offering of the Rosary O Mary, You are for all men the Mother of Mercy, You are the safe refuge of sin - ners; offer to Your divine Son Jesus this rosary which I am going to recite in Your company, for the conversion of poor sinful souls. Pray especially for the most hardened, for the persecutors of the Church and the Vicar of Christ; for those blinded by the world, riches and pleasures. What joy You will experience, O dear Mother, in seeing these poor souls return to God! The delights that flooded Your Heart when You recovered Your lost Son for three days, You will experience again when You receive in Your arms these other children whose loss You now mourn. I commend to You in a special way the sinners in my family; and remember, O good Mother, that my soul is the most miserable of all, and the most worthy of pity. O my Sovereign, O my Mother, I give myself to You: keep me!

Sorrowful Mysteries

Let us Pray for the dying.

“My Father, if it is possible, let this chalice be removed from Me… Yet not My will, but Yours.” (S. Matth. 26, 39) Consoler of the afflicted, lean towards us, so that, comforted by You, we may repeat after Jesus: “Not My will, but Yours, O our Father!”
1 st mystery: The Agony of Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane
Let us ask for a perfect contrition of all our sins.
“Pilate, having had Jesus scourged, delivered Him to them to be crucified.” (S. Matth. 27, 26) Queen of martyrs, we implore from Your help strength and patience: when the chains of sickness embrace us, and we struggle in vain to shake them off, help us to turn our gaze to Jesus, chained under the strokes to the column of the scourging.
2 nd mystery: The Scourging of Jesus
Let us ask for the mortification of our senses and the spirit of sacrifice.
“They weaved a crown of thorns and put it on His head, then, bowing the knee be- fore Him, they said in derision, Hail, King of the Jews.” (S. Matth. 27, 29) Mary, Refuge of sinners, obtain for us the grace to accept generously the servitude of infirmity, in reparation for the outrages inflicted on Your divine Son.
3 rd mystery: Jesus is crowned with thorns
Let us ask for mortification of mind and judgment.
“The soldiers were leading at the same time two criminals who were to be put to death with Jesus.” (S. Luke 23:32) Mother without stain, who sees Your Son placed among the criminals, burdened with the faults we have committed, ob - tain for us the grace of humble repen - tance which earned for a great culprit pardon and the promise of eternal happiness.
4 th mystery: The Carrying of the Cross
Let us ask to receive with much love the crosses which God sends us.
“When I am lifted up from the earth, I will draw all things to Myself.” (S. John 12, 32) Virgin full of goodness, obtain for us a powerful grace that draws us to the foot of the Cross, lifts us above the petty concerns of the earth and makes us understand the infinite love of the Savior for us.
5 th mystery: The Crucifixion and Death of Jesus on the Cross
Let us ask for the grace to die to ourselves in order to live only for God. Let us ask for the perseverance of the just, the conversion of sinners and the deliverance of souls in Purgatory.
Promise of Our Lady at Fatima
Hail, Holy Queen! Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness and our hope! To Thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve. To Thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears! Turn, then, O most gracious Advocate, Thine eyes of mercy toward us, and after this, our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of Thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary. Pray for us, O holy Mother of God, That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ. In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, and of the Mother of God. Amen.
