O Virgin and Mother of God, I give myself all to You as Your child. To honour Your purity, I consecrate to You my soul and my body, my faculties and my senses, and I ask You for the grace of never committing a single sin.
Mother, here is Your Son! (Three times) In You I have put all my trust, I shall never be confounded.
